In April 2007 Above & Beyond Construction built a family room addition and put a new roof on our home. We chose J. Wiley construction for many different reasons. The one that stands out is how personable they are. Others you didn’t speak with main person doing the job, they mailed quotes instead of presenting them first hand. Through the process they were honest, reliable and always gave us an update on the progress. We made numerous changes, which they had no problem altering things for. I left a key for them to work when we were not at home and had no problems – they are good honest people. They completed the addition when they said they would, on time! I feel Jim and his crew are a class act. Jim was very serious about the building of my garage. Jim and his men are trustworthy, decent men. They were considerate of my property and my neighbors. Jim kept close communications with me every step of the way. On a daily basis, he let me know when he was or was not going to be working on my property. I will use Jim Wiley next time I have a construction project, because I can trust Jim to work professionally and give reliable advice about the construction trade.

I was very pleased with the way Bob worked with me. After a couple of meetings, Bob and I were able to figure out a way to make the building of my garage possible. Bob gave me the opportunity to be a part of making decisions, and I appreciated that. Without Bob’s extra planning and research, the building of my garage would have been a little frustrating. But, Bob did things like acquire the building permit and he explained to the crews which options I selected. Bob and Jim make a great team.

Dear Jim & Bob:
I'm sorry this thank you is so long overdue. I want you to know that we LOVE the job you did on our house. The siding is so beautiful and we get numerous people telling us it looks so nice. I remember the first time I saw our house 20+ years ago. I instantly fell in love with it. But now when I drive up to it I can't believe I love it even more! It's a special feeling and you are special people. Your work ethic is outstanding. So quick, quiet and professional. We couldn't ask for a better contractor. What impressed us most was your time management. We have many friends who have had many problems with contractors never showing up, not finishing the jobs in a timely manner and much worse. but you guys are outstanding.

Also the kitchen counters are so great. I'm glad you suggested (Bob) adding the extra area. I can't tell you how mush easier and convenient is has made my life. My whole family loves the "new" look. So thankyou very much and keep up the good work!
